Charity Events and Donations



Harley-Davidson® of Greenville appreciates the ability to create a relationship with your cause. We receive numerous requests for donations to many worthy causes on a monthly basis. We are pleased to provide support to non-profit organizations when possible. Even though we would like to contribute to all events, some requests will be denied due to resources and budget constraints. By submitting a request does not guarantee that your organization will receive a donation. The following criteria will be used to assist in the decision making process.
 
  • Organizations which meet local needs and serve people in Greenville and surrounding counties and are actively supported by customers of Harley-Davidson® of Greenville.
  • Motorcycle charity rides that start, stop, or end at Harley-Davidson® of Greenville.
  • Motorcycle related charity or organizations.
 
To be considered, an organization must fill out the donation request form, which can be found below and submitted to the Harley-Davidson® of Greenville Marketing Manager, Chesley Campbell at least 30 days in advance of event. We will review requests twice a month and you will be notified if your request has been granted. Due to the large volume of donation requests, we are unable to contact organizations which are not selected.
 
Donations are not automatically renewed or assumed. Each submission is evaluated on a first time basis.
 
If you are interested in hosting your event here at Harley-Davidson® of Greenville please print out the Event Guidelines found below and submit to the Marketing Manager along with the name of the group, the nature of the use being requested, the desired date and time of use and contact information for the individual acting as the agent for the requested group.
